I am a Dutch citizen who is living in Thailand for a few years now
I started 8 months ago with affiliate marketing and my next step is to maybe open an LLC.
Someone mentioned that a C-Corp from Delaware could be an option.
In fact it was called: No Questions Asked Tax Free C-Corp structure.
I am not someone who betting on 1 horse, so as a newbie in this matter, maybe someone or some can advice me in this?
Right now i am taxed as a privat person from my home country. Maybe important to mention, I am retired.
I expect tax changes in Thailand in 2024 and as long The Netherlands and Thailand do not have come to an agreement, I am still not sure if i will be completely taxable in Thailand for any income thats flows into this country.
