Affiliate marketing and bitcoins

Hi all,

I am affiliate marketer. I build websites and promote bitcoin products (most of them are online casinos). My income is entirely in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
My questions hi%#: creating a company? Where? Where to live? How to cash out some bitcoins?
Is it a good/bad idea to be resident in Malta, create an offshore company and use services like advcash? I heard that foreign income is not taxed in Malta, but not sure about it, and how it works in details ...
I am a european citizen.

You can create a Belize company pretty simple. Open an EMI account for instant with AdvCash, transfer your bitcoins to AdvCash account and use their debit card to withdraw the money in any ATM or shop worldwide. Has been working great for me since the last 8 months.

Alternative transfer the money from AdvCash to your bank account.

At the moment it is only possible to receive bitcoins with advcash not to pay, they say it soon will be an option again but have no deadline for it!!!

Ok . Let's say I create a Belize company, then a business account advcash, withdraw and pay with advcash card. Is it considered as an oversea revenue not returned to Malta (0% tax), if I am under ordinary resident tax status? I don't really understand what they mean by "not returned" and how to use this legal loophole and how to file my tax return. My goal is to set up something legal and if possible already tested.

This depends on if they can proof you are using the card for personal spendings which I doubt they ever will be able to do.

That said then, as long as you use AdvCash I would not worry too much about taxation. As their reputation is to keep accounts safe from the tax auth. then I believe it's not something anyone would have to worry about. Alternative get your AdvCash account opened with darks to be 100% protected.

This could work, better would be to use a offshore company, advcash account and invoice from Malta to the Offshore corp!

You setup a Seychelles Holding company that own the shares in the Cyprus company.. now you can freely transfer money between the entities and you will not get taxed in the Seychelles nor in Cyprus because of the tax agreement between Seychelles and Cyprus.

I would setup an Seychelles Company with AdvCash account all done by darks so you don't get reported anywhere it has been working outstanding good for most of the users on this forum!
