Even if you live good the time comes where Revolut asks for SOF.
My income is legit but solely from crypto and I've provided exchanges and bank account statements but just in case want to ask here on advise on how to for sure pass this, since usually crypto SOF is hard to accept and tricky.

SOF check probably won't end at the crypto exchange. How did you get the crypto? If you bought crypto with fiat and made a profit trading crypto, the SOF is where you got the money to buy crypto from. If you got crypto as payment for work done or sales transaction, that's your SOF.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

Obtained it early for peanuts and borrowing stables against it, which go to the exchange.
All hard to prove unless they start accepting signed messages from early addresses.

Aside from signed messages, do you have documentation proving those early trades and borrowing?

If it's a large sum (from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand EUR/CHF), you might have more luck with SEBA, Sygnum, or Swissquote than with Revolut, as those banks have much more experience with crypto than Revolut. You're not the first person to have this problem, but Revolut isn't the most understanding.

No, its all on chain, super easy to verify for tech wise person, but impossible to provide any documentation for a bureaucrat.

Can I open account with any of those banks remotely, if being an EU citizen?
