Does someone has experience with Cryptocurrency Trading Platform : Instant Cryptocurrency Exchange and Converter ?

I read somewhere that this is a asnonymous platform to exchange crypto, but I can't see how you can exchange to FIAT at any point there, if you have some input please share?+
