Hi all,

I need a simple LTD set up in the UK, i myself live in portugal but have some clients that prefer doing business in the uk and it makes more sense for certain taxation reasons.

I am finding there is a huge difference in pricings.. Right now i am stuck between a company called 1st formations and a turner little.

Now i understand that turner little is an advertiser on this platform and fair play to them but i am hoping on some non biased advice on which company to choose. The pricing difference is almost 200 euros.

I dont need anything other then setting up the ltd and getting a paypal account set up for it. I dont need bank accounts or post send or anything like that. Just a simple straight forward ltd setup.

I heard some horror stories about them.. so its good to have the opposite side of them as well

you pay by credit card or paypal what's the problem to get your money back if they fail. Have done 2 companies with them all were setup within a day or two.

i am not in the uk though.. so the pricings are very different

1stformations are very good. Setted up several companies with them .
They got a good client support, if you need scan from your courrier mail, forwarding service etc...
