advice on foundation+offshore

Hi,

Need an advice on a proposed setup by an agent. The structure is a Sey Private Foundation + a Blize Offshore combo. My question is that is this setup better than regular Trust + Offshore combo ?
Is the country combination good, any better combo ?

Our requirement is a high degree of privacy, is there still any country that require a court case before disclosing the UBO ?

Also, we expected to have 3M transaction monthly, each around 150-200k. will this be a problem ?

Sechelles Foundations and Trust still provide a great level or prvacy and the requirements to setup such entities are nothing compared to most other countries. There are alternatives for instant a Nevis Trust which they say is similar to the Seychelles but I can't find anything that point to that one is better than the other.
