Advice on CRS MCAA and TIEA

Need advice on bank reporting...

e.g. if I setup a bank in Belize, and I am citizen of Pakistan.

Here, it indicates they are both member of CRS,

However, with point to point search, there is no agreement from Belize to Pakistan.

So, is that it is safe with with Belize bank ?

It means there is no reporting to Pakistan.

Just for my personal interest, what is the personal income tax in Pakistan?
