hello

so i verified identity using darks lol (big step) , their humble compliance team couldn't see through the fact it's not genuine .

but i'm having issues with proof of address , i used same utility bills who i verified with other emis and few serious institutions . i see zero flaw , however for some reason they are not high quality or screenshots according to them ,lmao .

it's looks they put more efforts on less priority documents , really i had total entertainment in weekend .

now i'm wasting time , anyone know what kind of polished proof of address they accept ?

yes , they asked me for pdf but the original document was not that high quality , so it didn't work .

If you think they are idiots in their compliance check, you are doing the same mistake as many already did. You must get yourself a better utility bill, as you may already know where to get documents you should be able to get some until it works.

Also you may note that darks don't have to be discussed here on the public forums but has to be moved to the Mentor Group forums.

i was hoping to use my ready proof of addresses , i thought i'm identifying myself to the provider lol since not all info are made up , but sound i'm going for this option after all.

Also you may note that darks don't have to be discussed here on the public forums but has to be moved to the Mentor Group forums.
