AdvCash verified account is a problem

Please am stuck and need help on how to resolve my issue.

I have a verified Advcash and WorldCore I made a remittance from WorldCore to Advcash since I do not have the card for AdvCash and WorldCore. Because I can transfer from AdvCash to Bitcoin I decided to do it this way till my card is delivered.

My problem now is AdvCash needs more verification by this i mean additional verification (Me holding taking a photo with a paper that has some details provided by them for me to hold). I can not do this because I it isn't me on the passport.

Please anyone know how I can solve this issue I am loosing 4000 if I don't solve this. I have a feeling these EMI's are aware of fake docs and take the opportunity to rip people off. The shouldn't have verified me first and should have requested this before I transfer such huge sum.

I appreciate your help.
 
Perfect, check your e-mail. Not sure if you want me to post here too, but I think it is time to keep the ball low.

Only thing I would recommend people to do is to stay away from reproducing documents by them self or by cheap reproductions you will get huge problems. It is not that easy as you think it is!
 
Okay when reading this and because of some other situations latly we will soon increase the requirements to be able to signup for the Mentor Group. Seems to be time for it.

I provided new documents to them 3 times before they accepted it. The file size was 5 MB 🙂 now it's fine all good.
