Advcash crypto to fiat

Hello I have 36k usd of BTC , how i can change to fiat without been reported to tax authorities? Advcash is a good option? I saw they have a card? Are they CRS reporting?

Solutions you refer to in mentor group, are they precise enough to explicitly‌ say: "this recipe is valid only for EEAs" or this one is applicable also for‍ nonEEA citizens/residence & so forth?

Or are they just a confusing mess of jargon, coarse⁠ recipe with a bunch of constraints either not mentioned or implied but not statedm? Much⁤ like here in the main forum where west simply is not aware that east part⁣ of the planet exista at all? (Honest question really)

I like to cash out‌ crypto to fiat ( monthly ~20k )
