In my case in a few days, maximum a week everything was sorted out.

OK. I guess UAE is perfect for your long-term in this case. Still seek professional advice.
There are reasons why it might be beneficial to establish tax residency temporarily in some other country.

AFAIK, there is an automatic deferment of the tax (until the investments are actually sold) for those moving to an EU country, or one which has signed agreements with France to combat tax avoidance and evasion and for mutual tax recovery.
