Administrator service for Maltese LTD

Hi guys, some studios offer a 'Maltese local administrator' service to give 'substance' to the company. What is the risk of entrusting your LTD to a local administrator? Anyone have any experiences on this? Could an administrator act in any transaction? thank you.

It depends on what you authorize them to do and what exactly they do in‌ order to create the substance

Do you appoint them as directors? If you do, make‍ sure they are duly registered and licensed as attorneys or financial service practitioners.
