Address of an Offshore company

Hi,


I'm thinking of having an offshore company in Seychelles. I've heard that if You use nominee director/shareholder, then the business address is going to be in Seychelles. However, if You're not using them, then the business address will be my physical address. Is that true?


I'm just thinking on how can I have my real address not to show up anywhere when doing business as well as opening a bank account...

Well, you will always have a address in the Seychelles for the Offshore company formed there.


The nominee service has nothing to do with the registered office address.


Actually you MUST have a address there, and your private address will not be revealed in any way.
