Following assumption; Person A buys online and pays Company A an amount. Person A did not get it and company A (the seller) does not answer. Company A is a company in Delaware LLC. How can person A (from Germany) take legal action against this company? Can you do anything there?

That's why⁤ you don't do business in that way. Buy via a market place and if it⁣ is a large purchase you use documentary credit solution that is what it is therefore⁢ thu&¤#. Never trust no Delaware LLC unless its well known company.
