Hello everybody
Following assumption; Person A buys online and pays Company A an amount. Person A did not get it and company A (the seller) does not answer. Company A is a company in Delaware LLC. How can person A (from Germany) take legal action against this company? Can you do anything there?

"Can you do anything there?"

You can still leave them a bad review online and warn others.

Hello, under certain circumstances you can of course take legal action against the company.

That's why you don't do business in that way. Buy via a market place and if it is a large purchase you use documentary credit solution that is what it is therefore thu&¤#. Never trust no Delaware LLC unless its well known company.
