Accounting and financial reporting mandatory for Belize & Seychelles company?

I'm confused and need to be secure. Does a Seychelles & Belize company must do accounting and send financial report to tax office?

There is some degree of requirement to keep books in both Belize and the Seychelles, where the Seychelles have the most pronounced requirement.


Neither has requirement to file or audit the books.

Good to know. Actually I read it as a Seychelles company does not have to maintain this at all, but this way it doesn't matter neither.
