Hello,


We are a Group of Companies spread in various offshore jurisdictions, every year we spend thousands of $$$ for accounting and audit of these entities. What we are considering is to have one Company to manage the accounting and audit for all Companies.


Do you know of any tax firm that may be able to handle that?

Great, so you can do all this for companies regardless where they are located and registered?
 
Accounting is required for HK offshore company but not for other companies if they are offshore right?
 
What is the cheapest accounting and audit some can get for a HK and Cyprus company? we have only a few transactions in each entity?

You may check with the Agent in HK to help you with a quote. For a Cyprus company it is typically between 2 and 3k for accounting and filing tax + government submission fee's.

Does someone know what the average costs are for accounting and filing tax for a HK Company please?

From what we hear from our clients, it cost's aprox 2 - 3k to get it done, but I have heard from people who got it cheaper.

yes it is to expensive, we shut Down the Company Again before it was required to report anything!
