Accounting and Audit for different offshore companies, question?

We are a Group of Companies spread in various offshore jurisdictions, every year we spend thousands of $$$ for accounting and audit of these entities. What we are considering is to have one Company to manage the accounting and audit for all Companies.


Do you know of any tax firm that may be able to handle that?

Accounting is required for HK offshore company but not for other companies if they are offshore right?

Yeah indeed you need to do accounting and keep books for a Hong Kong company. However, for us it isn't any problem.

You may check with the Agent in HK to help you with a quote. For a Cyprus company it is typically between 2 and 3k for accounting and filing tax + government submission fee's.

From what we hear from our clients, it cost's aprox 2 - 3k to get it done, but I have heard from people who got it cheaper.

yes it is to expensive, we shut Down the Company Again before it was required to report anything!

Alternative we are using at the moment are our existing corps. spread all over the different offshore jurisdictions. We have some other offshore jurisdictions on spot at the moment still researching a little.
