Totally get that it might seem sus, however it is just that, as you saw in the thread "Getting a passport or ID" which you linked so I assume you read it. I literally don't have access to any form of governmental Identification. It's nothing illegal, even if I got the account I would only use it for legal stuff (I offer legal services to clients) but I can't get one w/o identifying info unfortunately.
How do you access the internet? It seems that you have close people around you with bank accounts.
how do you offer legal services? this normally requires some sort of license or bar membership. if you are in legal business, how can you not find a way to get an ID? Actually, why would you need a bank account? Perhaps you can reach your goal otherwise - cash, crypto etc.?
Find a trusted friend, family or stranger that will let you hold assets and money in their name. This is the most common and easiest solution people like Oligarchs and organized criminals worldwide have been using.
Get a cheap mobile and download a bitcoin wallet. And you can transact and buy/sell with the whole world right away.
Takes a while to get the hang on it if youre new to it, but it is what you will need.
Banks are specifically designed to not offer this. You need a well established gov id for them to letting you into the lower ranks of their precious club.

They will send you bitcoins or another crypto currency (ethereum or monero are perhaps the best). Then you can pay with it or convert it to cash (some ATMs allowing this exist, AFAIK).
Do not do it. It is an expensive and not-long-lasting solution.

How is this possible? Your either a very entrepreneurial stateless person living in a Syrian refugee camp or your not telling the truth.

Sorry I worded my question incorrectly - I meant my (hopefully future) clients only use stuff like paypal or bank transfer, so how are they gonna send it to me?

If you are truly stateless, perhaps you should first try to obtain a certificate of identity, and then try to open an account with this document.
