AA+ Rated offshore bank does it exists?

Do you know of any offshore bank that has at least a AA or AAA rating?


If you know then please post the names.

To ask these questions in 2012 for offshore banks seems to me to be a joke.. You won't find a offshore bank rated AA+ lol. HSBC and Barclays may be the only banks considered offshore to have such rating.
