I received my Schwab international broker debit card and have used it. The cons is that it doesn't support contactless, some self service cashiers don't work (require signature or something).
I asked support and their said practically I can use this card for whatever purpose. Limits are 500$ atm withdrawal per once and 15k$ payment per day.
Apart from that all is good, looks like I found a solution. All have been done online.
