Both use the same bank. So send to your own account at same bank as recipient and then send to recipient. But be prepared to answer some questions as a 600k transfer is not normal in private to private transfer at retail bank.
Both parties should transact at same bank wherever it is. The same bank has done KYC on both parties so sending money to each other should not cause concern especially if money came in as a first party wire into one persons account. If funds came in first party without issues then sending to another party who has been through due diligence process at the same bank should not cause problems. Biggest headache is if you use︀ a small bank and have a large wire. The large wire checks can kick in︁ and nothing you can do about it.
Noobie question: how about using an EMI? like, f.ex, Revolut that is almost russian? Would that work, as the common denominator institute to do the money transfer? So Bank A -> Revolut A -> Revolut B -> Bank B where Bank A is russian and Bank B is some EU country
Yes but Revolut has deep analytics and profiling in their payment system. You want to use one without this.
