2 reasons why you don't want to bank in Latvia!

Let me confirm with the OP. I had an account in Latvia and they wouldn't‌ even send wires without a full explanation of who it's going to, and why, etc.‍ Even when I tried to send a wire from my corp to my wife's they⁠ still asked me for verfication it was ok so I literally handed the phone to⁤ my wife and they still rejected the wire. The account was with the top bank⁣ on the post. It was insane.

I have heard lot's of good and bad about Latvia banking! I'm not sure if‌ it's really bad to bank there or if it is just propaganda to keep people‍ away from this country and their banking!
