You also have to find valid SMS providers, from time to time Proovl lacks to work so I use prepaid SIMS.

You may want to explain the part of preparing your passport to pass video verification.
It is actually not that difficult, you SCAN a high resolution image of your real passport, the page where you have the image and all this stuff, so you photo shop it with different data, remember to fake the bar code to reflect the name, you can find online tools for that.
One you have the finish page, print it on a high resolution color printer, laminate the entire thing, use tape to mount it on your current passport and pass the video verification. Make sure the page is totally tight to the real page so when you turn the passport around you can't see the little magic trick you do.
The Indy's will hit the approve bottom and you are good to go.

can confirm, it took me some time to get it all cut and laminate but got approved a few times, some asked me to show the passport while the video chat is live, still passed.
the explained method will work, only silly problem you have is that paypal will do double checks on payments to an unknown emi - after that they will start closing accounts if the amount goes above 50K the week.

great with a review and some feedback. Tested it a month ago with the same result, it works. So far I had NO EMI, Payment processor or company service provider that refused the passport and utility bill.
It's a great way to gain privacy and in some sort also avoid to be catched by the tax man.
Prepare the Passport with your own photo in real, most often you will order a new passport and say the old one is vanished for some reason. Once you have the new one then use the old one, you need to have a touch to do so, but then take some of the fake data you find an replace it on the passport so SCAN it and you can do the video verification.
Another scenario, use a fake passport, replace the image with your own, SCAN it and do the video verification, they can't detect that.

Are these EMI not checking the actual passport number against country registries? Are they just checking the picture and information matches the proof of address, bank statements, etc all match up?
