Then just change the director & shareholder & person with controlling interest to your dark ID?

Just to be clear, a couple of Qs...
1) Is the UK Ltd setup using Darks? If so, are the Darks in a UK name/address? (if so, will you be filling taxes to hmrc to keep the Ltd running?)
2) How do you cash out without having your name on anything? Did you get a TW card shipped to a different address?

Id like to hear what everyone is selling/industry if they care to share. Going dark bc of the industry (ie pharma, kratom, RC, delta-8, replica, IPTV etc) or for tax reasons?
An important part of your setup is to KEEP the account once you have it. Going through all the trouble to set this up and then losing it to chargebacks would be a shame.
If youre selling grey area items keep in mind most customers are willing to use zelle, cashapp, bank transfers, and all alternative payments which avoid the need for a merchant account (though you need the bank account and apps of course) and avoid chargebacks. No ID or selfie needed as well that route.
I find that much easier. Then again if youre selling normal goods/services then no one will really use anything but cards.

Have setup several AdvCash accounts the last years most of them are still operating, only 2 got shut down within the last 5 months.
I'm using them to receive payment for various "not to mention" services either by AdvCahs to AdvCash transfer or to get Bitcoins out in FIAT and buy Gold with the card in a shop where they allow that!

The only problem usually faces about getting Utility Bills with updated dates. Any suggestions for someone who do bills and statements?
It's very easy to get a business plan sample, just Google it. Once you found a good one, change it to reflect your business. There may even be freelance writers that could help you with this for a low.
Lot's of sellers around, BUT, you need to consider your options. More specific, you need a company located in a country where it's easy to get a merchant account for! In addition, now a days you need substance, most often the processor will require, office, employee and real director. All this can be bought for money with some of the more reputable formation service. It's not cheap, but it is possible.
For instant you can option for a BVI company or UK LTD there are service providers around here like @James Turner that can help you with all of it I think. Or you can ask @Fred and @Gediminas for your options in Dubai or other places where these fellows are active.

I recently tried setting up an entirely new arrangement / company in the UK because I wanted to see if what's described here could still work.
To start, I contacted Fletcher Kennedy, who's mentioned in another thread. It seems like he runs a one-man operation, possibly even creating fake identities or inventing things for money. I asked him to set up a complete UK LTD with a “nominee director and shareholder” and help verify a PayPal and Wise account. My job was to handle all the practical details, while he was supposed to arrange for the nominees to complete the verification.
He somehow managed to create the company, but he totally dropped the ball on the PayPal and Wise verifications both rejected the documents!
Next, I tried a Stripe account, which got approved and is working fine so far. I had him do a Currenxie verification too, and that went through as well.
Everything is running at the moment, but I'm not entirely convinced he's using legitimate people. So, I found a homeless man and paid him a small fee for his ID and to do a video verification for me. He didn't mind; he felt he had nothing to lose anyway. I figured it was fair enough and even gave him an extra €500 to help him set the next fix. I replaced Fletche's nominees with this guy.
Now the setup's working with no questions asked; PayPal, Wise, Currenxie, and Stripe are all functional.
Writing this out in just a few minutes actually took a lot of effort, mainly because of how unsettling it felt to involve a homeless person. Was it inhumane of me? It's debatable, but I don't think so. The man has no real life to speak of, and he'll probably disappear from this world without anyone noticing anyway.

That's true; it can be a tough environment to navigate when looking for the right person. But many of them are just on the street, and you can easily go over and talk to them. Offer them something to drink and a little money to warm them up. It's not that difficult.
The hardest part is getting over the initial hesitation. Once you realize how easy it is to get people in that situation to do anything for a small amount, your perspective changes.
I see it as a win-win. Both parties benefit, and for those living on the street who haven't seen a shower or dentist in decades, they're often not thinking beyond their next fix. So why not give them enough for one last party?
