Euro Pacific bank is a scam

I think we all know there was no answer or the answer was bad and therefore cannot be revealed.

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The missing deposits were not the only problem with the bank! They also did not renew their banking license multiple times and then had to pay a fine. They were asked for documents by regulators, but they refuse to submit what was asked. The list goes on and on and the bank seems to behave as if...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Where and when was this assertion made? This is the first time I've heard of this. If funds were not segregated, then it is very dangerous for customers, the operating capital of a bank is not the customer deposits. The management has already been given a lot of opportunity to do the right...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The auditors confirmed that bank was insolvent in 2019, so the conspiracy that the bank went insolvent after IRS investigated is false. Even if the bank did not have enough money to cover costs, customer funds need to be segregated. How can customer funds be withdrawn and used to pay for...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Did you download the document and read it? It says around page 10 and 11. There are some figures of the financial situation. Please download the file and read first as it provides a full timeline of events since the bank was created. If 4 million of customer deposits went missing, then it was...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

EPB had a long history of non-compliance and even its own auditors had doubts about it's ability to operate in 2019. It has been insolvent for many years and they were fined many times for not renewing their license. Very long reading, but provides clear timeline of the way the whole thing was...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

This is such a simple request and them not being able to answer such a simple question greatly worries me. At least with the receiver, we have periodic proof of life updates. Qenta has gone silent, what is stopping them from keeping people updated with periodic annoucements on their web site...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

So we have a first-hand account that Qenta balances are at significant risk or already gone. Because not paying the rent is a huge red-flag.

You did not win the lawsuit you settled. You won on 7 imputations and lost on 13. Source: https://www.judgments.fedcourt.gov.au/judgments/Judgments/fca/single/2022/2022fca1120 The lawsuit was also for defamation against you personally and not defamation against the bank. You only got the 60...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

I don't think Schiff is going to answer that question in an honest manner. He has been hiding the fact he mastermined the Qenta deal and he was only exposed by the people here who dug into it. His has omitted facts and dodged questions posed here, so it only adds to more proof that he's here to...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Why would this not be fair for you? Customers have lost access to their lifesavings and are unable to pay for daily necessities. You on the other hand is living well, taking multiple expensive vacations every year, buying expensive properties and yachts. And as you say, funds at Qenta and under...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The only fair solution to this mess would be for Schiff to make all opt-in and opt-out clients whole in cash within a set timeframe, i.e. next 60 days. To execute this, there should be some agreement between Schiff and all customers, where they surrender the funds at Qenta and under receivership...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Why should the Novo bank freeze allow them to not segregate funds and spend customer money as their own?

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

As mentioned earlier in the thread but others, opt-ins were an asset-deal with Qenta, so the responsibility lies with Qenta. Receiver is only responsible for opt-outs. Since opt-outs are with a government appointed receiver, there is less risk and the chance of recovering (some) money is more...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Qenta / opt-in deal was set up by Schiff himself. See: Now, Schiff himself said Qenta paid $1.25m for the opt-in accounts and they have paid $500k so far, so they still owe $750k: I think it's worth finding out when Qenta is suppose to pay the balance and whether they are witholding payment...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The problem is that the funds for opt-outs (and a some more) are already with Qenta according to the information posted here. That means Qenta will have to transfer it back to the receiver for people switching from opt-in to opt-out. Would they be willing to do that? Do the funds still exist or...

PS is still very active on X/Twitter. Maybe someone can bring the concerns/doubts posted here over there for him to address?

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Shouldn't the (former) management and owners of EPB have fiduciary duty to the "depositors" at the "bank"? If so, given the discussion over the last few pages as well as the questionable practices of the former management and the way the bank was run, would it make sense for customers to launch...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Not surprised, given how incompetent the owners and management at the bank were that they were able to drive a "full-reserve" bank into insolvency and have it implode and collapse into a burning mess, leaving "depositors" (it was not a FDIC insured bank) in the lurch.

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The writing was already on the wall 6 years ago and Martin has already been warning people to stay away from the bank before that. The way the gov got the data was because the bank was hacked and customer information was being sold on the darkweb. There was a thread on this many years back...
