Offshore company for stock trading with Interactive Brokers

For individuals yes, for businesses not so many, and especially not many good ones imo. Whether 100 € per quarter is a lot or not depends on the other fees they charge and the services that are included.

Irish company while resident in Italy

So the nominal director would receive a proper salary? That's not gonna be cheap in Ireland. If you only intend to pay him a few hundred bucks, don't even bother trying. This is from the DTT between Italy and Ireland: Article 9 - Dividends 1. Dividends paid by a company which is a resident...

Invoice German Companies through UK Ltd -> Isle of Man Holding

I've never heard of a case where a US LLC was seen as a "Partnership" by the German tax authorities. I'd say there is no chance unless you really try hard to achieve this result. Usually, limited liability means corporation.

    Private Bank Account EU

You can try Comdirect or DKB (solid German banks). They definitely accept Austrians who live in DACH, and Germans who live anywhere in the EU - not sure about Austrians who live in non-DACH EU, but worth a try.

EU national, UAE freelancer visa, conducting business through a US LLC?

You mean the Address Card. Yes, he needs to return it and get a new one if he moves abroad. The ID Card he'll keep since it doesn't have an address on it.

EU national, UAE freelancer visa, conducting business through a US LLC?

He can keep his ID, but he'll need to get a new Address Card (lakcímkártya). Other countries just put a sticker on the ID card to cover the address.

Any reliable law firm in Georgia (country) you would recommend?

EU citizen, living in Germany looking to open a consultancy company for side gigs - what is the best option?

Sounds good, although $3600 per year seems way too low for a legit setup with a local manager and office. How is that possible?

    Offshore Company for Forex Trading

The company will offer the copytrading service publicly. I just wanted to check whether the setup was legal if the company copied my personal trades or if this would still be interpreted as me running the business, hence making the company pay taxes in my country of residence. But I think it...

It's a different Pat Flynn, not the IM Guru.

    Offshore Company for Forex Trading

I am trading Forex privately with decent success and thought about offering other traders to copy my trades for a monthly fee (copy trading). As far as I know, I don't need a license for this in most countries (the platform/broker that facilitates this does). For various reasons, I would like to...

US LLC for limited anonymity in EU?

I would like to ask a very similar question to this here in the public forum: EU company + US LLC for anonymity ? This guy and I had a very similar idea. We are both living and working in the EU and don't want customers, competitors, neighbors, acquaintances etc. (the general public) know what...

EU company + US LLC for anonymity?

OP wants to establish an LLC that is owned by his existing EU company (not the other way around). Then he wants to use this LLC as a privacy shield towards Google and customers, e.g. the customers interact with his anonymous LLC which has a contract with his EU company that it acts in its own...

Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

Weird. Usually, when the last shareholder leaves the company and it gets dissolved, you have to make a closing balance for the tax office.

Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

I'm gonna have to take your word for it ;)

Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

I doubt that this works in "most" European countries. Maybe in Eastern Europe where no one gives a f**k about anything.

EU company + US LLC for anonymity?

I considered something similar, too. Right now, I am a sole entrepreneur in a very nosy EU country, so to hide my identity from Google and customers, I am thinking about registering a New Mexico LLC and use it to accept payments and do a few other things on my behalf via a trust agreement...
