I'd recommend you seeking for a tax advisor. If you are a director of an offshore company with 0% of tax on profit and you reside in the UK, you company enters into the hoop of a UK company and you have to pay 19% of corportation tax. According to their description it looks like an UK bank but without UK residence. I don't know if you are aware of, but in the UK your id is your proof of address, and of course, they accept it only if you are a UK resident. This one seems to be an exception (and that's their marketing).- Luigi
