    Anyone heard of https://startfleet.io

IBKR allow options as long as you meet the minimum requirements. But I haven't applied for options/margins yet. They accepted deposits from Mercury and Wise in EUR and USD (Sepa for EUR and ACH for USD). I haven't tried swift. It would be very helpful if you can answer some questions: 1) For...

I could do it. I haven't withdraw yet but I believe it shouldnt be a problem as long as you always deposit/withdraw from a bank account under the company's name. If any other person who has a US LLC could open a stock broker account other than IBKR please tell us. I would like to have an...

How many people here have stuck their fund in FTX ?

I have lost a significant part of my net worth. About 20% / 2 years of income. This. Some people don't understand that FTX offered not only spot trading, but more exotic products like perps and tokenized stocks. The cross-collateral mechanism was awesome and allowed some arbitrages that werent...

    Anyone heard of https://startfleet.io

I have used StartFleet. The support and service is really good, but they don't offer any assistance beyond tips and where to apply to EMIs, etc. if you are expecting them to accelerate things to you. In my case, I created an website to make the company look legitimate and could open accounts in...

    Permanent residency in Paraguay

Paraguay cost of living is much cheaper than those "western" countries. If you are young and single it seems like a better place to live in general, besides having more freedom. Maybe if you are older and your country has a good public health system then it might be not the best place.

    Cheapest company - incorporation + maintenance -

Any recommendations for accounting and annual filling? It seems that adding that will cost no less than $600 a year. Still cheaper than traditional offshore destinations live BVI, etc...

    Permanent residency in Paraguay

It seems that you can only get you RUC (the paraguayan TIN) after 2 years now (when you get the PR). Also it is not clear if you need to stay 2 years there in order to get the PR, or you can f**k off and come back after 2 years.

    Permanent residency in Paraguay

Damn. I was supposed to do it earlier this year and ended up postponing to next month. I was about to buy the ticket and just saw this thread. It seems that with temporary residency you can have the national ID card though. I wonder if after getting the temporary you can leave the country...

Does someone know this US based EMI ?

It was very easy to open with them. But I am not sure how crypto-friendly they are, if someone knows it, please let us know.

In search for crisis: real estate options

Mexican Reits are very very interesting right now. It's possible to get 7% div yield and growth, also with good exposition to USD instead of pesos. I like Brazilian Reits as well, as most of them have long term contracts that get automatically reajusted by inflation. But it's a market much more...

    Permanent residency in Paraguay

Do you mind sharing the name of the company and the costs evolved? I will probably do my PR with a certain guy. But I am curious about driver's license, rental lease contract, and apply for citizenship even without staying 3 years in the country.

    Question I've a Paraguayan residency - What're my real advantages now ?

Yes. basically if you dont want to bring money you will not pay any tax in practice. I think the only reason to bring a substantial amount of money is if you need to hide something from CRS/FATCA or if you really want to establish a life there and buy properties and stuff. Many people invest in...

Crypto friendly EMI and/or Bank for a foreign-owned US LLC

What is the cheapest option? I am thinking of UK LLP, with me + my US LLC as partners. What do you think? I heard in some topics that it's very hard to get banking for UK LLP with foreign partners.

Offshore (non resident banking) for Canadian thinking about Paraguay residency?

What rules will change? Wise Personal is supported, but there is no Debit Card and no Guarani. The local people use it to send/receive USD from paraguay banks via Swift. If you want local alternatives in Guarani that you can open remotely, it seems the easiest ones are Tigo Money and Ueno...

Offshore (non resident banking) for Canadian thinking about Paraguay residency?

The options are limited but from my research there are some: Banks/EMIs: AdvCash, Dukascopy, SwissQuote, possibly Puerto Rican banks such as ItalBank. If you are willing to travel, there are probably more options, like even the US. Brokers: IBKR, Tradestation, Trading212, SwissQuote. One thing...

Tax residency of UK LLP owned by a US LLC

I (Latin American) opened a US LLC recently, but because of some restrictions related to participating in crypto issuances, I need a company in another jurisdiction. Then it came into my mind of doing a UK LLP of Me + My US LLC. But one interesting thing that I realized is that because for the...
