Is it possible at all to run a Adult business in Cyprus even as an affiliate?

I can confirm they work, you need an USA or IBAN account to receive payments.

Because if the purpose is to hide your money, assets or properties from your government you won't give them the lead to your private bank account :omg: The solution is a anonymous debit card with at least EUR 5000 - 10000 monthly limit.

Look into the DTA's Russia has with Cyprus, you may structure your company so you have to pay tax in Cyprus (0% for investments) to avoid to pay it in Russia.
