    Brokerage account for Panama company

Thanks, I'm still trying to open our panama corp account. So far they all ask for an operation license and when you get that you're liable for taxes because it means you have operations in the country. Any help would be appreciated regarding the easiest bank to use for opening an account for a...

    Brokerage account for Panama company

Really? I've read in another post that it would be merely impossible to open a bank account for the LLC if the owner of the LLC is a Panama Corp. Were you able to open a corp bank account for your Panama Company and if so can you recommend someone? I've read online that it was better and...

    Investing in property in company

I have the same kind of question, but more local in the US. I am considering opening a US LLC as a non-Us Resident (either sole proprietor or as a partnership). Wyoming seems cheaper, but what if we are planning to eventually invest in real estate in Florida with some profits from the LLC? Would...

Open LLC owned by Panama company possible?

I was thinking of doing the same to process payments for our panama corp, as onlinetaxman / wyoming attorney recommended this structure as a possibility. However, I'm not sure what are the benefits and the extra cost related to this structure. And as many of you mentionned, it might also get...

Mercury account for no US presence

Because, correct me if I'm wrong, but when you have US Client, you are liable for taxes with the IRS even if you are a non-resident and you have an LLC! That's how they get you.

payment platform working with Panama Corp

Most of my clients are 90% and they would be paying with a credit card on our website, so there's no invoicing.. I'm thinking either a LLC used for payment processing, and the Panama corp bills that company so no revenue in the US at the end of the year, or figure out a Corp account in Panama...

After checking, no banks in Central America or the Caribbean will work with Stripe :/ . The closest to offshore would be Gibraltar I believe.

    Delaware 1 person LLC taxes

Did you solve your issue? I'm in the same boat We're 2 non- US resident thinking of doing a LLC for processing payments. Florida would be better than Wyoming ? What if 80% of our clients are from the U.S? Does that make the LLC liable for taxes? Last edited: Sep 20, 2022

US LLC -> US creditcard advice (non resident)

Hey, wondering how its going with Mercury bank? Do you have a non-us LLC? How is tax reporting? Which state is your LLC? thanks !

US LLC Deloware, taxation for non-residents

    1. We offer touristic services abroad but most of our clients are US based. Would this mean we would be taxed if we created a US LLC as non-residents? 2. Which state is better to do a LLC? Wyoming, New Mexico, Delaware or Florida (state tax but cheaper flight tickets from where we're based)

US Tax Advisor specialized on non US residents.

If you are looking to have new partners as new shareholders, then you should opt for a C-Corp instead of a LLC. Well the issue then is to find a payment processing platform such as stripe that works with your non-US, non-Canadian, non-European offshore corporation. I haven't found one yet.
