    Any Euro Pacific Bank Review?

I recently heard a whisper that they are moving their bank/license from SVG to Puerto Rico.

Why I would care if bank reports me to my home country?

Personally, my decision to go offshore was more about anonymity and asset protection rather than tax issues. I still typically pay tax in my native country and am happy to do so.

    Feedback on a Registered Agent

Howdy, So I just received all the documents via DHL yesterday and everything is very much in order and nicely arranged and I have also confirmed, via the IBC registry, that the entity is now actually registered. The process was very easy with them and the average response time to emails was...

Does anyone know any reasonably priced Hong Kong Virtual Offices?

Hey Guys, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any reasonably priced Virtual Offices in Hong Kong? I've had a bit of a Google and the prices vary widely and some are pretty outrageous given what you are actually getting. Any Ideas? Cheers

    Feedback on a Registered Agent

Sorry I think you misunderstood me...the prices are quoted without those fees....I got the documents notarized because the bank im dealing with only requires notarisation. I just didn't want to quote that as part of the price given that its really an individual choice. Anyway, i'll let you all...

    Feedback on a Registered Agent

Okay guys, I've shot an order through so will report back on the experience. I'm paying via Credit Card so if they fail to deliver i'm covered But being an actual registered agent in Belize i'm assuming they will be fine. I've got most of their fee's listed so if anyone is interested I can post...

    2018 and beyond

Yeah very true...BUT...for people looking to use a simple IBC structure to simply not pay tax have largely come to an end here. The reason is that the IRD is getting much smarter at picking up and processing the information. There are PLENTY of legitimate reasons to have assets offshore and...

    2018 and beyond

At this stage in New Zealand, we do not have to declare overseas bank accounts and there is no reporting mechanism for it. However, we do have to file a declaration regarding a (CFC) Controlled Foreign Company. Basically, Kiwi's are obligated to report and treat the income from the CFC as if it...

    Worst EU banks

I have to say that in my humble opinion that Rietumu Bank in Lativa was bloody terrible to deal with. There was always constant problems with instructions and they even didnt accept their own coded messages half the time. There are heaps better banks in the broader EU area.

    EuroPac Bank and Puerto Rico

Hey Guys, Out of interest has anyone heard anything about EuroPac Bank re-domiciling to Puerto Rico? I just received an email from one of their Business Development guys suggesting that this was the case and stating that this would be an improvement for CRS. However, I can't seem to find an...

    Feedback on a Registered Agent

Alrighty, I have found these guys: Belize Offshore Company Formation - Belize IBC - ICS Company called International Corporate Services in Belize. They look fairly cheap and have their full prices for all the additional services in a document. Kinda feels a bit like a law firm. Anyway...

    Feedback on a Registered Agent

Hey folks, Looks like i've found a relatively well priced and up-front corporate agent for my simple belize setup. I'm just wondering if I can ask for feedback on them here? I didn't want to name them and look like a bloody spammer haha. Cheers

Looking to set up Company in Dominica and Bank in Latvia

From my experience banking in Latvia was relatively painful for me and my situation. I used Rietumu Bank around the mid 2000's and they were a complete pain in the a*s with plenty of hidden fees. IMHO there are some easier jurisdictions to bank in.

Forex Business - Ask Me Anything

Don't trade Forex :) lol. In all honesty though...the industry is quite saturated now so it's really only the people that are selling picks and shovels to the brokers that are doing well. Otherwise, you must have a really unique USP because everyone can offer seamless execution these days. Cheers

Forex Business - Ask Me Anything

Hey Folks, I've recently gotten some useful information from the forum, and it's helped me a bunch, so i'm looking to give a little back as far as actionable information. So in my current day job, i'm a relatively well known economist and Head of Research for a mid-tier foreign exchange...

    Belize vs Panama

So after having done some research I'm probably going to settle on belize for incorporation. I've been looking at some different agents packages and just wonder about the apostille process. I intend to get a full notarized set of documents BUT which docs should I get an apostille for...is it...

    Belize vs Panama

Thanks for your experience! I suspect i'm going to scrub Panama off my list then based on some of those factors. I also checked and it appears they have a somewhat searchable public registry which doesn't give me much in the way of a warm feeling. Clearly, the trend for Panama is a move towards...

    Belize vs Panama

Hey Guys, So my situation is that i'm looking to incorporate an offshore IBC for the purposes or running some consultancy fees through. I'm hoping in the near future to turn into a digital nomad and do consulting gigs in my field and be location independent. However, I also want some increased...
