Thank you for your answers. Once i tried to see these jurisdictions to act like a holding shares, assets, properties etc. I just try to find out what is the truth about the taxes etc new regulations they have. I know they are tax free jurisdictions for non residents and they protect the owners...

I thought Marshall Islands bearer shares are not immobilized but you need to report the owners of the bearer shares to Registrar of corporations in Marshall Islands.

Starting from 2019 Nevis and Dominica companies need to pay tax from their worldwide income. I dont know if the situation is changed now.
