You can opt also for citizenship by investment in real estate... there are few options around the world but i think the banks in Europe, CH, Usa will not accept panama citizens or something like that maybe i'm wrong let's wait other opinions- Osleak

Yes i know and i hope that this will not happen in EU ... btw at the moment there are not many countries where get easy second passport, to get cheapest solution there are not to much with investment of 150/200k if I remember well, but will the banks open account to Panama passport holder?- Osleak

Sorry it's not clear whar you are telling... visa residence just need to come in dubai 1 time every 6 months, this is the law.... when you get visa residence you are resident in uae in fact.... maybe banks don't open bank account, this probably will be every year more hard because banks want...- Osleak

few banks need DEWA bills (electricity and water bills in your name) to open bank account or at least utility bills like smartphone utility bills. But some banks can open account as uae resident with your foreign utility bills and address yet- Osleak

Different countries have different law about KYC. Btw at the moment for big value the seller must do KYC of the customer but gold bar will be not registered under your name like Property or Car...- Osleak
