    Yes Malta has some competive good tax regulations and seems to be an alternative to Cyprus. Say my country has signed a DTA with Seychelles, Belize and BVI, wouldn't it be the same useful as if I had a Cyprus or Malta company?

    As far as I know, you are the only one that get the original documents not even the CSP will have a copy so there will be nothing left if you destroy the docs.

    Another thing to consider is the PCI level 1 certification that is required. The company should be located where your servers are to get the costs down. I doubt a Seychelles, Belize or BVI company will accomplish the task at all!
