You can get the SMART SIM card in Cambodia. Cheap set up and you can buy top-up cards which can be USD1 a piece. You can scratch it and scan and top up. It comes with APP for phone to check. Easy to use. Thanks

Thanks @koohl for the heads up. 18% is way too high. The ones I am working with are below 10% but sometimes they don't hold out too long because other merchants they have screwed it up with bad CB rate %. Cheers and have a nice weekend.
