EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

Can you elaborate on what you did not like about it?

EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

Have you checked Arad? Seems a good region for me, on the smaller side, cheap, not very touristic. Curious if quality of life and infrastructure there is significantly worst than other better known cities.

Delaware LLC as an EU resident

What's your take on Romania vs Bulgaria? Also, for someone with low income, do you think Georgia is a good option?

Countries to run an US LLC from?

@sabawolo Would it be legal to run an US LLC from Romania and pay income tax on just what you pay to yourself? I think, if you were to be audited, they would demmand for you to form an SRL there, right?

EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

@startfleetio It's not, which is one of the biggest obstacles for me.... @orangekangaroo Can you tell me more about why you chose the city you're in Romania? The country (inside the EU, low tax, and Stripe) seems a much better option for me too. However, I'm a bit concerned that the costs...

EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

Did you consider other tax schemes in Georgia? Did you find a trustworthy accountant? I'm in exactly this position, where I'll be in Georgia in a month, but I need Stripe, so I was thinking of some kind of setup with US LLC, even if I have to pay some tax.

EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

Hi @orangekangaroo: You mentioned your UK LLP + Individual Entrepreneur did not work in Georgia. Can you tell me more about that? What happened?

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

Yes, the problem with that is that I can't use Stripe or any payment processor for my online business...

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

Seems it's not such a good option then. For someone with such a low income but willing to move anywhere (provided is safe and has internet and stable electricity), what would be the best option so I can afford living with around 700 € - 800 € after tax? Romania?

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

Hi, can you point me to the sources of that Permanent Establishment consideration?

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

Makes sense, and the cost of relocation is a concern. My rationale behind the move is that with an income of €2k, with exactly the same lifestyle (assuming power doesn't go off and things like that in Georgia), my expenses in Georgia might be €700 when here it's €1.400. This essentially...

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

If the US LLC is owned by another LLC, doesn't that imply much more obligations with the IRS? Compared to a foreign-owned, single-member one.

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

The issue I have with incorporating in Georgia is the lack of support from Stripe or major payment gateways. Do you know a workaround for this?

US LLC while Spain resident, then move to Georgia?

Hi everyone, I'm pretty sure I'm overcomplicating things given my low income, but I would like to explore some options. Currently, I am a Spain citizen and resident and with an income of €2.000 per month, and as a freelancer I pay €288 of Social Security and 20% tax on the remaining...

france spain italy company formation options

Hi pippo, you seem pretty knowledgeable about Spain, do you know if it's possible to have a US LLC while residing in Spain and saving on the RETA but declaring income in the IRPF? This would be my temporary strategy until I can move to a different jurisdiction but I have heard contradictory...
