    I dont think I was clear enough. Pardon me. Basically what we're looking for is acquiring a bank that doesnt care too much about fraud charges. It was easy 5-7 years ago, but now the game has changed, and bank are not that fun anymore, unless you're a Sheik from Saudi, or Putin.
