You dont need whitelabel for that, contact Revolut, Transferwise, they will be able to provide you with that. Whitelabel means to own emi banking system and will cost a lot- lookingforward

Leopay is a SCAM! #leopayfraud
Are you non EU? As i am still using leopay personal and have literally 0 problems with them. But yes they are non trustable after satabank thingy. They even assisted me, when my card got skimmed somewhere in europe when i was traveling and returned my money in a week UPD ; I am not related to...- lookingforward

If exchangers exist = it will take tonns of % for that. Have you tried any EMI ? For example registering in some kind of EMI (adding 100eu there, adding funds from EMI card to Paypal) ?- lookingforward

Be careful with them, they had bit of problems with NONEU Business, as their assets was in closed satabank, however i have no problems with them and still using their visa cards for paypal etc. DONT USE BIG AMOUNTS- lookingforward
