can I make an offshore bank account without a company?

will it be possible?
if so, which banks in which countries can be the option?

You can open a private bank account in Cyprus which can be considered a offshore bank account.

The same goes for Euro Pacific Bank.

It's not easy to open a real offshore bank, this apply for any bank around the globe! You will have to provide KYC documents, CV, business description or business profile without that you won't get anywhere!

why business description for private bank account?
