You cannot be fussy about accounts with a Scottish LP. It is about the worst structure you could have right now. A plain Belize or Setchelles is easier.

Euro Pacific bank sucks same does the Scottish LP. Is this something new you setup?

Yes, in this matter - they are good, but there is a huge list of restricted activity and jurisdictions (including citizenship of UBO) on their website.

The prohibited jurisdictions are:

  • EEUU
  • Puerto Rico
  • Afghanistan
  • Albania
  • Angola
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Belarus
  • Burundi
  • Central African Republic
  • Cuba
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Eritrea
  • Ethiopia
  • Equatorial Guinea
  • Guinea
  • Guinea Bissau
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Kosovo
  • Laos
  • Lebanon
  • Libya
  • Macedonia
  • Mali
  • Moldova
  • Montenegro
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • North Korea
  • Palestinian Territories
  • Russian Federation
  • Serbia
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sri Lanka
  • Sudan and Darfur
  • Syria
  • Trinidad and Tobago
  • Tunisia
  • Ukraine
  • Vanuatu
  • Venezuela
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe

The bank is very good before it was registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines but as you know this jurisdiction is considered high risk.... In reference to the business not accepted by the bank are the typical: Bitcoin, illegal activities...etc

No. Was working for couple years. Loyal bank...
The positive aspect of UK LP was that it doesn't look bad as a bussiness partner in eyes of government institutions here. UK is Europe, not some kind of far overseas company. So no questions asked.

Euro Pacific is a good bank. Great if you want to escape AOEI. Fees are also ok. Only downside is you are not allowed to be involved in any crypto and you must provide invoices for incoming payments.
