Please explain what is the best offshore jurisdiction?

Hi,

I already own a offshore company in the Seychelles and Belize considering something different and in an offshore country that may not have been used that much because it may not be known to man!

What would you suggest is the best offshore jurisdiction / country with a budget of US$ 10K for setup?

sounds very interesting @Martin Everson cig-:, I want as much anonymity as possible but still have it in my name?

I bought a corp from @diablo which is based on real docs, awesome but I need something in my name too which I can show to the business partners.

please explain? is this a real company without your docs? how did you handle banking needs?
