Live in the UK as an foreigner and non resident of the UK, so you can earn your pfotis offshore and don't pay tax there for the first 7 years.

Get this confirmed by an UK tax expert first.

As a US citizen you are taxed on your worldwide income regardless of where you live. It doesn't matter whether you have a second passport and where you establish your life and business, you must fill the IRS tax form every year because you hold an American passport.

There's no real bank account privacy these days, with most countries adhering to FATCA. So your options are pay your taxes, renounce your American citizenship or use a scheme under third parties names, which can be rather dangerous.

Use Cyprus Non Dom status (you have to move to Cyprus and be resident there) and your trading profits are tax free for the next 17 years. Don't know about the US taxation, there might be a conflict, for sure better to give US citizenship up if possible.
Georgia is also in my opinion a good choice.
