Halo Masters

I am new in this forum and I am glad that i find it

I want to get advice in formation of cyprus company, since it is advised by the high risk credit card processing company.

1. Any idea what kind of cyprus company should i choose? like resident vs non resident (probably to minimize tax), pro vs con

2. also which bank should i choose? it is for Escorts directories, as you know USA just recently passing SESTA/FOSTA law

==> i read somewhere its probably Laiki Marfin bank ?

note: if i use cyprus bank, how can i withdraw the money? can i just wire transfer it anywhere such as singapore/malaysia/vietnam?

and what kind of documentation it needed for me to sign up for the bank?

i have been reading the forum, and it mention passport and utility bills ( I have asian country passport and USA based utility bill)

3. which formation company should i choose? that can help me set it up

4. also regarding future tax filing etc in cyprus

i would like to thank you in advance for all your advice and guidance. thank you

For this purpose I would recommend you a non resident company since it don't have to pay any corporate tax.

If high risk means Adult there is no bank that will accept your business in Cyprus! You may setup a cover business in order to get an account for instant with Bank of Cyprus.

hi Master Admin

thank you for your reply

some clarification to the question earlier

1. I am going to use some UK or EU high risk card processor (instead of bank in cypruss) such as ccnetpay or segpay

2. so does any bank going to accept my cyprus company? since (not the bank that is going to do the card processing)

thank you again

You need to ask the payment processors!

Note a payment processor does not need to be a bank.. you are confusing the terms! What you mentioned are payment processors beside that you need a bank for instant in Cyprus to receive the payments from say ccnetpay!

Most banks if not all in Europe will accept your Cyprus company because it is EU!
