Tell the beginner where it is safe to withdraw money from the paypal? I found for myself - weststeincard.com
Someone think, that is good service? They offer prepaid Mastercard and IBAN in Ireland. That is good way to transfer money from PayPal?

i was using wirex card but they stop supporting No Eu countries, looking for a visa to withdraw the money.

Yes, but one time I tried to send 100€ and it worked well.

There is another thread that says that if you have documentation of the funds there won't be any problems

I used weststein before and n problems bit this was with small amounts..Anyone did it with amounts over 1000 euro if it is still safe?
