Legal company how to choose the right country

Hello,

I plan to build a legal company with of course low taxes.

I read a lot on the forum and i hesitate between :
Ireland
Bulgaria
Cyprus
Estonian company with e-residency.

Anyone had experience on thoses countries ?
 
What busines are you into? What are you goals? Do you look for any privacy?

I have been using a Cyprus company non resident for a long time, I don't pay any tax. Ireland may be cheaper to maintain long term I'm still investigating my options there.
 
I'm in the course training mostly on B2C.

I don't need privacy for this company is just need to get something legal with low taxes and easy to manage 😀
 
This Company Formations Ireland, Register a company in Ireland seems to be the cheapest way of doing it. Accounting and filing of tax reports in Cyprus including renewal of the company is aprox EUR 3500 while a Irish company is way cheaper to maintain.

Annual accounting service package for an active company, registered under the VAT Act, without employees: € 700/900.
Closing annual tax and accounting balance and submission of an annual financial report in the Commercial register: € 100/150.

That's pretty cheap compared to Cyprus corps. What documents are required to register a company, passport, utility bill and a lot of forms to be completed or ?

Bulgaria is the cheapest jurisdiction in EU.
Passport, Utility Bill, Bank Statement.

No reference letter right? just bank statement? what is the tax rate? anu restrictions on business activity?

Bank account opening with personal presence.
Corporate Taxation: 10%
All lelag business in Bulgaria are permitted.

Great.. and you provide Bulgarian company registration? What's the TAT and are there any forms that have to be completed?

What do you mean about TAT?
Yes, we provide companies in Bulgaria.

TAT = Turn around Time to get the company registered and incorporation docs send to me?
 
If Bulgaria is so cheap in registration and annual fees it's worth to consider and compare to Cyprus or even Ireland!
 
For most of us in online business it will work. Why would I tell them that I'm into P**N or casino biz if I open the corp. with darks? I could care less 😀
