What's best offshore company for tax avoidance?

also.. I read the forum and I find it better to hide my company from the tax author. rather than using my currenct company which I want to liquidate.

No between your Onshore and Offshore company.

as said. I think it is better to terminate the onshore corp. so I can avoid the tax office to look at all of this. Better to form anonymous offshore company.

You do Nevis I read? can this be done with darks?

if you want to liquidate your existing company, you can use any offshore company (in alphabetical order):
- Belize;
- BVI;
- Dominica;
- Seychelles;
- St. Kitts and Nevis;
- St. Vincent and Grenadines.
