I'm also doing some Internet Marketing and wonder if that is restricted business in Cyprus? I would like to know before I start the registration of a Cyprus company if that is what will be the outcome of my research.

You can register a company for VAT in Cyprus, you just need a proforma invoice which you can generate yourself. Sorry for the late reply.

There are new Visa regulations you should know about though. Depends on your business / industry. As i understand there is crack downs now in Cyprus/EU for "shell companies" you have to have a physical office with employees in the country you incorp your bizz with? Anybody know about this topic. If you are dealing with billers anyways. Either your own merchant or 3rd party processors.
