Thanks for the info. Do they provide any documents? Sale-purchase agreement of coins, invoice etc?

Sent a dm, thanks. Then it may be useful. In my experience "OTC" was always some random guy without license or even good understanding how crypto works, but willing to wire any funds anywhere 🙂

Well, they give you invoice/trade confirmation, but said no for sale-purchase agreement. You are supposed to join their T&C, like with any exchange, no signed contract.

Cannot recommend them. They were inflexible to all my requests and extremely slow. Legal bits are some of the worst I have ever seen (fully consist of "your obligations", no "our obligations"). The trading and prices are available 9-5 weekdays. Well, you need to prefund them 3 BTC to get access to that, otherwise you cannot see the prices at all. Can ask the guy for non-binding price in chat though (0.1% worse than Kraken).

They don't pay attention to terms spelled out in the agreement, no info on the website, no replies by e-mails. It all boils down to "talk to that one guy JohnnyDoe mentioned". Well, the guy answers fast and looks reasonable, I must give them that, but it feels like one-man-show. Not inspiring at all.

BTW, it was a new unseen level of compliance lol. They said that I needed to provide info on my accounts for some checks. Then I was asking which accounts, what info etc and they were just silent for weeks...
 
maybe it is @JohnnyDoe you are shutting with and it is his service. He recommend it and said 250K minimum, that would make good sense if it is so. Nothing wrong with it, but relay 250K on such a service, I'm not going to do that.

It's not my service. They have been good for me when I used them, they did things that were impossible elsewhere. I recommended them if you use offshore structures, which other desks might not like.

They are a listed firm on Toronto stock exchange with ownership/management info published so probably legit. Just wanted to share my experience to save time for others.

Yep, I got impression that compliance is pretty relaxed so may be useful sometimes. To be honest I think they don't really understand how cryptocurrencies work.

So @Meta have you not been able to move forward with them have you on a positive note?
