Airwallex, Wise, Zen, Verifo, Relay, Levro plus many large and small bricks and mortar banks in the US if you go and visit in person.
And nobody got scammed by Mercury, they just introduced somewhat stricter requirements to have suppliers/clients in the US.

About Mercury, I saw a lot of posts of people saying they closed their account and didn't return their funds. Of course I don't know their situation though.

Would I need to visit the USA for WF to entertain opening an account? am still looking at my options between LLC and Inc, property management, ownership and constructions would be the activities.
Yes, you need to travel personally. For a one-per-house setup they may be able to open further accounts without personal visit, better ask. Also, you may want to use one LLC per house and then an additional company for the management (rent, bill payments, etc.).
OP where are you from and what is the goal of opening the US LLC and bank account ?
