Amex business for US LLC for non-residents

Hey guys, my friend told me that getting approval for Amex business for US LLC for non-US residents is easy.

Has anyone had any experience?

They require SSN or ITIN.

It's possible to get ITIN, but will I have any problems with the IRS if I do?

You don't have problems with IRS for having an ITIN. You won't owe any tax simply for having it.

Amex is checking your US credit score history though when you apply for the business checking account, it can be done with ITIN, I know someone who done it but you need to have a significant US credit score.
